The Department of Art & Design is seeking to appoint a dynamic, experienced and inspirational Subject Group Leader of Fine Art.

Now we are looking for a Principal Lecturer to initially take on the role of Subject Group Leader of Fine Art. Within this role you will lead the development of a portfolio offering an outstanding student experience across our undergraduate provision in Fine Art. You will have responsibility for line managing the academic staff in the subject group and will be responsible for developing and enhancing the Subject Group's research and scholarly capability.

This role provides opportunities for those with an established research profile to maintain and deliver high level research outputs as well as providing the support for those with the ambition and research profile to become either a Professor or Reader of Fine Art.

Your outstanding leadership will enhance the subject group’s contribution to the University’s strategy, specifically in achieving the key strategic objectives of
