General Manager, ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science
The Australian National University (ANU) College of Engineering and Computer Science is seeking a dynamic, energetic and experienced manager to lead a highly professional college administration team in a world class academic institution.

The role of General Manager will be pivotal in a shaping this exciting future and driving a culture of excellence in the planning, direction and performance of the ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science and its administration.
As General Manager you will be responsible for the leadership, management and coordination of administrative services and support for the College. You will contribute to strategic planning, assist in policy formulation and act as the primary administrative liaison with the central areas of the University and Directors of the College budget units.
Your extensive experience in the management of financial, human and material resources and the ability to contribute strategically, will see you effectively implement change management priorities for the College. Critical to your success will be your excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a harmonious environment, using your sensitive and diplomatic negotiation skills to achieve successful outcomes for the College.
