The School of Life & Health Sciences delivers high quality teaching across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate taught programmes including integrated placement year opportunities in research, medical and commercial settings.  Our undergraduate programmes in Audiology, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Optometry, Pharmacy and Psychology are all accredited and approved by the relevant professional regulatory body and rank highly in the NSS and University League Tables.

We are now seeking to appoint a senior colleague to join our Audiology academic team and contribute to the delivery of our exciting future plans.  As a senior academic you will be responsible for providing academic leadership, ensuring the development and enhancement of Audiology as well as its regional, national and international reputation. Post holders will need to be established in their subject area, and able to demonstrate leadership through an established record of teaching, research and / or professional practice in Audiology.  All candidates must be able to demonstrate the necessary teamwork skills to foster collaboration with existing colleagues, to build links both within the University and externally and the attitude and ability to engage in continuous professional development.
