The Manager, Course Administration Team is accountable for planning and managing resources and activities related to the development and administration of courses in the Faculty. They will provide advice and support to the Associate Dean (Academic), Course Directors and the Faculty Leadership Team on all matters related to course administration, paying particular attention to service delivery to students and prospective students. The position will ensure the Faculty is compliant with University regulations and policies related to students and their progress, and the incumbent is expected to interact professionally and knowledgeably with University administrative Divisions on behalf of the Faculty.

Oversight of administrative staff in the Faculty is the responsibility of the Faculty Administration Manager, who notionally allocates professional/general staff to Schools and has the flexibility to move resources between schools and functions to cover workload peaks.
