The ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science Human Resources Office is seeking a full time HR generalist for a fixed term appointment for 12 months. The HR Consultant provides comprehensive, high level HR support contributing to the efficient and effective provision of HR services to the College through liaising with staff and providing advice and assistance on a wide range of HR policies, procedures and initiatives supporting the achievement of the University's and the College's strategic goals. 

Under the general direction of the HR Manager, the HR Consultant will work closely with the other members of the HR team, liaising with and providing high quality HR advice and service to a wide variety of staff and visitors, as well as dealing with day-to-day generalist HR aspects.
