Job Description

Assist with research in the Human Adaptation Laboratory at Sargent College. Maintain laboratory equipment. Collect and analyze data. Recruit and schedule participants. Manage orientation and training of new lab members. Assist with grant proposals, presentations and manuscripts. This position is grant funded for a one year term with the possibility of renewal.

Required Skills

B.A./B.S., Master's degree preferred, strong organizational skills, detail orientation, the ability to manage multiple study related tasks concurrently, strong interpersonal skills, and at least one year of experience with motion capture equipment including force plates. Systems experience with Vicon motion capture, Delsys EMG and Bertec treadmill preferred. Software experience with MATLAB, Visual 3D, Vicon Nexus, or Simulink also preferred.
