Senior Development Coordinator, School of Medicine, Development
Reporting to the School of Medicines Assistant Dean for Development, the Development Coordinator has primary responsibility for four key areas: processing gifts and pledges received at the School of Medicine, providing administrative support to the Assistant Dean for Development, assisting the Donor Relations Officer with gift acknowledgements, and providing oversight of the front reception desk and day-to-day office management.
In addition, this position plays an essential role in the coordination and implementation of development-related events throughout the year. Must be extremely detail-oriented, able to handle confidential material discretely and responsibly, and interact professionally with a wide spectrum of individuals at various leadership levels. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to be flexible, take initiative, and prioritize responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree required.
