The University of Bristol Catering department are looking for two customer-focused administrators to join their busy team: both posts are offered on a full-time, one-year fixed term contract basis
You will be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines in a busy environment. You should be able to quickly and accurately process large quantities of catering orders and use your initiative to problem solve.
You will communicate effectively by phone and by email, providing professional, friendly and unflappable customer service at all times. Good IT skills are a must, along with the ability and desire to learn quickly and continually improve. Experience of working in a catering operation is an advantage.
You will join a friendly and supportive team within the University’s Residential and Hospitality Services Division. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn from colleagues across the division, and will be encouraged to take advantage of the many development and training opportunities the University offers.
