Job Description

This position plays a central role in supporting, and maintaining the Biological Design Center (BDC); a center with an interdisciplinary science, collaboration, and professional development mission. This position will assist the executive director by supporting daily administrative operations for BDC faculty, offices, and laboratories, and provides general administrative support for the programs and spaces of the BDC. This position will collect and centralize information across schools and departments to ensure all labs are able to work as a unified team.

Required Skills

Experience with purchasing and reimbursement in a higher education environment preferred. Familiarity with SAP.

1-3 years of related experience.

Associate's Degree Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
