The PLuS Alliance is a strategic partnership between UNSW Sydney, King’s College London and Arizona State University that delivers innovative models of university collaboration in higher education and research. The partnership focuses on solutions to global challenges.
The PLuS Alliance has a high-performing, committed team working across international time zones (Sydney, London, Arizona). Your focus will be on providing executive level and operational support including complex diary management and travel arrangements for the Managing Director and, as a member of the Secretariat, utilising your excellent communication and organisational skills to help strengthen accountability and relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, coordinate projects, and oversee reporting processes for the Executive Committee, Advisory Board and major working groups across King’s College London, UNSW Sydney and Arizona University.
About the Successful Applicant
You can demonstrate your success providing executive-level operational and logistical support in a complex environment. Experience in higher education and international projects is preferred.
