  • Full-time, two (2) year fixed term contract
  • Salary range: $66,774 - $79,459 per annum (plus super)

About the Job 

The Acquisitions Support Librarian works within the Information Resources and Technology team, which operates as a number of cross-functional teams within the unit. As the contact person for staff, this role contributes to the acquisition and availability of a range of Library and University resources, responding to queries, providing advice and resolving issues relating to these acquisitions. 

Skills and Experience 

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Information Management or equivalent skills and knowledge, a sound understanding of the underlying principles of acquisitions procurement processes and a high level of interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills. Excellent organisational, analytical and administrative skills and the ability to positively contribute to a team environment will also ensure success in this role.
