To provide accurate and reliable secretarial and clerical support to the Academic & Professional Services Finance Teams. To provide day to day management of the clerical aspects of Research/Services Rendered applications and awards which will require good customer service skills and involve liaison with external sponsors, internal Departments and colleagues within Support Services.
Applicants would ideally be able to demonstrate the following;
- Experience of assessing and responding to routine work/situations.
- Ability to communicate well with all levels of staff.
- Ability to organize self effectively, working to deadlines especially with competing demands.
- The post requires a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, internet and email.
