The Cranfield University Career Development Service exists to help students enhance their skills and understanding of themselves to help them build long-term career success whilst creating and managing relationships with organisations to assist in their recruitment needs and to meet the career aspirations of our students.

In this role you will contribute to the employability of the University’s students and alumni, by delivering careers and employability-related teaching, advice, information, guidance and coaching to students and graduates individually and in groups.  You will be responsible for providing appropriate and up to date, sector specific, information, advice and guidance to students to support the achievement of their goals and proactively support the students in identifying their career plans, align their skills and understanding of themselves and develop and implement their career strategies.

Educated to degree level and/or equivalent experience in a recruitment, training or careers guidance type role with a strong interest in working with diverse cultural groups, and in particular with international students. You will be familiar with the requirements for undertaking an MBA/MSc, the profile of the individuals who study on this type of programme, and the employers who recruit them, you will have the ability to manage client relationships and work closely with our recruitment partners to proactively manage graduate transitions into employment.  You must have the ability to work independently and enthusiastically without detailed supervision and to work in a student-centred way.

At Cranfield we value Diversity and Inclusion, and aim to create and maintain a culture in which everyone can work and study together harmoniously with dignity and respect and realise their full potential.
