General Clerk (PR416/17-18)
The Graduate School is looking for a dynamic and dedicated person to perform clerical duties in programme administration including data entry and management, and record keeping. The appointee will also need to provide counter service; handle email/telephone enquiries; and perform other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have completed secondary education or specialised vocational training with at least two years of work experience. The suitable candidate should be organised, able to work independently and keep accurate and detailed documentation of work with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good communication and interpersonal skills as well as analytical abilities.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
