Job Description

Provide general office, clerical, and onsite support for the mailroom and campus security operations within the Residential Safety department. Recruit, hire, schedule, and process payroll for student mailroom employees. Process payroll and assign open and overtime shifts, using established tools for full and part time security assistants. Process letter mail and package distribution onsite in campus mailrooms as needed. Field a high volume of phone calls and email inquiries from students, parents, and other University departments and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills

Requires: Two years of college or equivalent, B.A./B.S. preferred, strong writing, communication and organization skills, and one to three years of related experience.
