We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the Research Support Team (RST) to provide high quality administrative support for the Faculty of Health and Wellbeing, focused on supporting its research, innovation and education activities.
The post holder will work closely with RST academic and administrative staff, as required, to ensure that research, innovation and educational functions of the team are effectively supported.
The successful applicant will have demonstrable recent experience of current administrative/clerical practices in a busy office environment and experience of organising, updating and maintaining accurate computerised records and files. An ability to research, organise, analyse and present information both verbally and in writing is required as well as excellent organisation skills, including time management.
The successful applicant will also have 'A' Levels or a range of GCSEs, including English Language and Maths at Grade C or above, or appropriate equivalent experiential learning. Additionally a word processing/ typing/IT qualification, or demonstrable equivalent experiential learning, is required. The ability to work consistently under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines is required for this role.
