Education Services provides a wide range of support to the University's Schools. The department’s strategic objectives are to provide a professional and efficient service in all of these areas which requires engagement at all levels within the Schools, and close liaison with other central service departments to provide a coherent student experience.

This role is responsible for ensuring that the University’s systems and processes for managing the academic portfolio (i.e. the courses and programmes leading to learning credits and awards of the University, and the University’s engagement with partners involving academic provision) are robust, accurate and fit for purpose, and that these systems comply with Senate Regulations and expectations, and with national standards.

You will hold a first degree or equivalent, with experience of working in quality assurance in a Higher Education context and good knowledge of the evolving QA context in the UK sector.

You will be IT literate, including word, email, internet and database applications; an adaptable team member, able to work on your own initiative, with excellent communication skills.
