The School of Education is currently seeking a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer for its Wagga Wagga Campus. It is expected that the successful candidate will have a PhD or equivalent, previous tertiary teaching experience, and be eligible for registration with the NSW Education Standards Authority. The successful candidate will have a particular focus in the areas of Education Psychology, Inclusive Education or Generalist Studies in Education. It will be a teaching/research position.

To be successful you will have

  • Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and acceptive of new ideas, and a willingness to approach new challenges and adjust plans to meet new priorities.
  • The ability to coordinate, lead and motive others in the achievement of project goals or professional activities as appropriate to the discipline.
  • Strong experience in a tertiary background.

The School of Education (located on the Albury-Wodonga, Wagga Wagga and Port Macquarie campuses) provides undergraduate teacher education programs in early childhood and primary, kindergarten to Year 12, outdoor education and adult and vocational education, as well as postgraduate degrees in primary and secondary teaching, information and communication technology in education, educational leadership and adult and vocational education. The School aims to create a community of best practice for the future of education.
