Assistant Vice President for Enrollment
Enrollment Services Operations provides technical and operational support to the ten departments of Enrollment and Student Administration. The mission of Enrollment Services Operations is to ensure that business operations and technical support services meet client needs efficiently and effectively for new and ongoing business requirements. The Director manages a staff of 42 who serve in a variety of functions including data entry support, programming, functional business analysis, network and desktop support The Director is a member of key committees including the Vice Presidents Recruitment Strategy Committee. The Director plans, controls and manages the Enrollment Services Operations (ESO) operating budget, including the Enrollment Unit local area network budget
- Ability to manage multiple, diverse priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Supervisory/management experience
- Experience managing complex operations
- Experience with business process analysis and improvement tools
College Degree Required, Masters level preferred 5 to 8 years of related work experience.
