An exciting opportunity exists to join the Office of Quality and Performance as Manager, Academic Pathways on a part-time, ongoing basis. The position plays a vital leadership role and provides high level advice on the management, coordination, establishment and review of academic pathways and partnerships, ensuring schools and other areas are provided with timely and quality advice. The position oversees the assessment and review of pathway partners to ensure the quality of the offering and provides advice on the assessment and review of other academic partnerships, including third party arrangements. The position provides a central specialist resource for University staff and external stakeholders to refer when seeking to gain expertise on all elements of partnership and pathway management, including the mapping of credit from VET competency based qualifications to Higher Education Qualifications. To be successful, you will have relevant qualification and/or experience in coordinating and managing academic pathway arrangements along with an in depth understanding of curriculum structures, credit and articulation arrangements in the tertiary sector. The position is primarily based at Penrith Campus however travel to other WSU campuses may be required.

Remuneration Package: Higher Education Worker Level 8 $68,343 to $75,869 per annum (comprising Salary $57,751 to $64,110 p.a., 17% Superannuation and Leave Loading).
