The Amyloidosis Center at Boston University School of Medicine is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to work 40 hours per week. The responsibilities of this position are to assist the Program Director in the daily operations of a clinical/research office and to work closely with the Amyloidosis Center clinical and research teams. Major duties will include, but not limited to: general office work i.e., answering phones, contacting patients, filing, clinical/research database entry and queries, social media and website maintenance
We are looking for a conscientious, professional, enthusiastic and organized individual with a Bachelor's Degree. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Computer experience with skills in MS Office - Word, Excel, Access and WordPress required. Must be able to work independently and communicate well with patients and coworkers in a fast-paced office.
