Senior Program Coordinator, School of Law
This position provides administrative and organizational services to the Associate Dean, Associate Director, Director of Externships, and to members of the faculty within the Clinical and Experiential Programs office. Assists faculty in their teaching responsibilities, such as preparing materials for class, booking rooms, coordinating academic media support, booking travel, processing expense reports, and managing Blackboard sites. Assists faculty and students in client case administration including docketing, basic research, scheduling client interactions, and maintaining client case management systems as necessary. Provides support to the externship program, including maintaining and organizing program records. Facilitates with the general administration of the Clinical and Experiential Programs office. One to three years of office support, preferably in a large organization or university setting. Two years of college, B.A./B.S. preferred. Proficiency in using MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent verbal and written communication, and organizational skills. A professional manner, and the ability to be flexible and work independently.
