Founded in 1997, Deakin College has a presence in Melbourne, Geelong and Jakarta, and provides a pathway for over 3,000 students every year into programs at Deakin University. Working in conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer of UPA, and key partners at Deakin University, the College Director and Principal will have responsibility for overseeing the strategic and operational objectives of Deakin College.
Potential candidates will need to demonstrate outstanding leadership and communication skills, preferably honed within a tertiary education environment. With a focus on service provision, quality and sustainable growth, they will bring the necessary credibility and gravitas to build appropriate partner relationships and meaningful alliances. Candidates will be expected to draw on significant management experience and possess the creative thinking and commercial wherewithal to pursue new and evolving opportunities.
