Faculty Administrative Support Officer
Working in Liverpool Business School, you will be responsible for the provision of a quality service to the University by contributing to the success of the Faculty through the delivery of the School’s administrative support services and processes. You will manage the work of Senior Faculty Administrators and Faculty Administrators, including the development and implementation of strategies that will ensure efficient and effective administrative operations across the full range of Faculty activities.
We are seeking three Faculty Administrative Support Officers, who will be responsible for establishing, building and developing the co-ordination of administration for the Faculty. You will deal with a wide range of student and academic staff queries in a professional manner, responding to queries and finding solutions to problems, as required, in accordance with institutional procedures.
You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work under pressure both independently and in a team. You will demonstrate management and leadership abilities and the capability to embrace all aspects of the Officers role. You will have a minimum of a degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
