Home to one of the largest UK university communities for social science research and education, the Faculty of Social Science & Public Policy (SSPP) encompasses world-leading expertise in security studies, politics and economics, global affairs and education & communication. Based in the iconic Bush House, SSPP is one of nine faculties at King’s, home to c.450 academic staff and 5,000 students. Our community of scholars includes politicians, business leaders, policy-makers, and activists, while our students come from over 130 countries. It is an exciting time to join SSPP as the Faculty is undertaking major investment and expanding.

The Vice-Dean (Education) will represent the Faculty at university level, working closely with the Vice-Principal (Education), and has delegated responsibility for managing the Faculty’s education offering, through chairing the Faculty Education Committee.
