Senior Research Associate in Cancer Cell Biology
Postdoctoral position in Rho GTPases in cancer cell biology
We are looking for a highly motivated senior postdoctoral research associate to investigate the biochemical properties, regulation and functional roles of Rho GTPases in epithelial cancer cells. We have identified new interacting protein partners for several Rho GTPases and aim to understand how these proteins contribute to signalling by these Rho GTPases in cancer progression.
The post is funded for 5 years in the School of Cellular and Molecular Medicine and is open to candidates who have a PhD in a biomedical science. A proven ability to analyse protein-protein interactions and protein localisation is needed for the position. Knowledge and previous experience in working with Rho GTPases and protein kinases is advantageous.
