Faculty Finance Administration Assistant
The Faculty of Business is looking to recruit a Finance Administration Assistant to join its Finance Team. The Faculty Finance Team oversees the Faculty income and expenditure, dealing with queries from external and internal stakeholders.
The role holder will be required to maintain and ensure accurate record keeping of the Faculty purchase orders, invoices and budget reports. Responding to queries, via email and telephone, with the correct and up to date information on a daily basis.
Applicants must have excellent communication skills, have a keen eye for detail and poses a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel to fulfil the role.
