Investment Office Manager, Investment Office
The Investment Office Manager's primary responsibilities include: processing and tracking investment cash flows, completing and submitting all legal documentation on a timely basis, including new investment subscriptions, redemptions, and legal and tax reporting updates. Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing mail and emails, including logging all relevant data, following up with managers in response to queries and working with the Investment Directors and legal counsel on responses to legal and tax requests. Provide administrative support in managing the day-to-day needs of the Investment Office, including calendar management, budget development, reconciliation, and expenditure approvals and preparation and distribution of investment and other committee materials.
Bachelor's degree with demonstrated strong academic performance and 5-8 years of experience as an office manager or executive assistant, preferably in an investment field. High ethical standards and personal integrity; highly organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task; self-motivated, proactive, intellectually curious and inquisitive; familiarity with budgeting and reconciliation processes. Excellent proofreading and editing skills; experience working with Word, Adobe, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work both independently and collaboratively to produce highly accurate work product; and strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with investment managers and investment committee members
