Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour / Human Resource Management (OB / HRM)
We're looking to recruit a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer to contribute to Sheffield Business School's ambitions for growth in higher degree apprenticeships. We've had a significant expansion in this area and the OB / HRM subject group, which you'd join, has played a central role in this.
This job offers a real opportunity for someone inspirational looking to shape and deliver our graduate apprenticeship delivered through our Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager and our Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) programmes. The person we're looking for is someone who can combine a well-developed knowledge in OB / HRM and develop and deliver high quality teaching to a range of students for our corporate partners.
You will need:
We're keen to strengthen our research profile and are looking for someone who will contribute to this agenda. You'll have a doctorate (or be nearing completion), and a track record of publication along with a strong research focus going forward would be a distinct advantage.
