Administrative Assistant (PR401/17-18)
The appointee is expected to perform general clerical duties, provide logistical support for committees and activities, assist in the organisation of seminars and visits, maintain database and filing systems, and carry out other duties as assigned.
Applicants should possess post-secondary qualifications with at least five years of work experience. A good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken) as well as sound knowledge and hands-on experience in computer work. They should be responsible, service-orientated, able to work collaboratively and independently and willing to take on additional duties. Work experience in higher education institutions would be an advantage. Applicants with less experience will be considered for the post of General Clerk.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
