General Clerk (PR305/17-18)
The appointee is expected to perform general clerical duties, provide counter service, handle telephone enquiries, provide logistical support for activities, and carry out other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have at least five passes in HKCEE including English language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese Language (at least Level 2 from 2007), or at least 5 subjects attaining Level 2 in HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language, with some work experience, proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, and good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua. They should be responsible, service-orientated, able to work collaboratively and independently and willing to take up additional duties. Work experience in the industry of building and construction or higher education institutions would be an advantage, and immediate availability is preferred. Shortlisted candidates are required to sit for typing and computer skill tests.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
