Executive Officer (PR400/17-18)
The appointee is expected to provide executive support to the Office of the Provost. Duties include managing the office operation, committee work, report writing, planning and coordinating of local and international events and activities, and other specific tasks assigned by the Provost.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or possess postgraduate qualifications with at least ten years of relevant work experience. A mature personality with excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills is a definite asset. The appointee should be self-motivated, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines, and be willing to take up new challenges. He/She should also have excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Sound computer/data knowledge is desirable.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
