Assistant Manager / Officer (Planning and Development) (PR328/17-18)
The appointee will assist in carrying out duties in planning and pre-contract stage of campus projects including capital projects, renovation and improvement works. Duties include formulating and drafting of conceptual planning/design proposals, upkeep and analysis of space inventory as well as liaison and co-ordination with government bodies, end users and consultants. The appointee will also be responsible for preparation of design drawings, 3D rendering, material specifications, working drawings and tender documents for in-house campus projects.

Applicants should have a recognised professional degree or qualification in Architecture/Urban Planning/Building Surveying or related disciplines with at least four years of relevant work experience. Experience in handling hospital and healthcare projects will be an advantage. Proficiency in computer applications including AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is required. Knowledge in Photoshop and 3D rendering is preferred.
Officer (Planning and Development)
Applicants should have a recognised degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Building Surveying or related disciplines, preferably with three years of relevant work experience. Applicants possess a Higher Diploma/Associate Degree with substantial and relevant experience will also be considered. Proficiency in computer applications including AutoCAD and Photoshop is required. Knowledge in 3D rendering will be an advantage.
Applicants for both posts should have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Shortlisted candidates are required to sit for a written test.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
