We wish to appoint a Learning and Teaching Coordinator who will be responsible for the day-to-day curriculum planning, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning and teaching within the scope of the role and in accordance with The College and Western Sydney University academic policies. In addition, the role is responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a team of discipline experts within the scope of the role and in accordance with The College and Western Sydney University academic policies.

The successful applicant will be able to provide leadership to a team of educators to provide a quality learning experience, have a high level interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, able to teach at least two units in the discipline area, and have experience in curriculum and course development, including an ability to project manage and apply transition pedagogy principles

Remuneration: Salary: $105,878 p.a. (plus 10.5 % Superannuation, Coordinators Allowance ($11,000 p.a) & Leave loading)
