Coventry University provides support and expertise to a range of businesses through its focus on research with impact, and the Enterprise &Innovation Group is at the heart of this commercial activity. We are now looking for candidates who can help to identify and nurture strategic industry-academic partnerships. With experience in a B2B environment, a focus on results-driven outcomes and a knack for building long-lasting relationships,you'll bring enthusiasm, energy and a keen interest in generating growth.
Developing an in-depth knowledge of all elements of the University Group, you will work closely with other team members to develop new partnerships, exploit marketing opportunities and help nurture new relationships. You will also help to build our business profile through the development of our social media presence and the production of effective marketing collateral with the support of our Marketing & Communication steam.
With at least a bachelors degree (or equivalent), you will be a good team player, you will be an enthusiastic and flexible person who is an excellent communicator, able to use their initiative and work effectively within a team with minimal supervision, you will be self-motivated, well organised and have excellent IT skills. Experience of account management is a critical requirement for the role, and a working knowledge of the HE sector would be advantageous, but not essential.
