About the Job
The Division Research Office within Division Services is led by the Dean: Research and comprises the Grant Support and Training team and the Partner Engagement team. The teams work in close collaboration to provide expert advice and support to researchers in the Division of Health Sciences.
In this position, you will provide administrative support to a broad range of research and consultancy projects including milestone and client relationship management and the interface with online research and project management systems. In addition, you will provide support to the broader activities of the Research Office in the areas of administration, events and project coordination.
Skills and Experience
To be eligible for this position, you will have post-secondary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated experience working in an administrative or project support role within a complex environment. To successfully deliver quality customer service, you will have well-developed communication, organisational and time management skills. An ability to use a broad range of administrative systems, including the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel, databases and client relationship management systems will be an advantage for you in this position.
