International Recruitment Officer, HEO 6
- 2 regional positions available: Region 1 (South Asia, Middle East & Africa) and Region 2 (South East Asia)
- Both full-time, twelve (12) month fixed term contracts, based in UniSA International at 101 Currie Street
- Salary range: $77,454 - $85,467 per annum (plus super)
About the Job
As an International Recruitment Officer, you will design, implement, coordinate and deliver international recruitment activities that achieve measurable strategic growth in international student numbers.
UniSA International works broadly and collaboratively with our internal, external, local, national and international partners to ensure that the University is clearly positioned as ‘the University of choice’ for high calibre prospective international students, partners, governments and agencies.
Skills and Experience
You will have an appropriate tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience, combined with knowledge of international student recruitment practices. You will also have proven ability to identify and connect with new opportunities to generate increased market share within the international student recruitment environment and achievements in developing and executing innovative recruitment activities including use of social media.
To be successful in one of these positions, you will have a high level of intercultural understanding, strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with speakers of English as an additional language are essential. These roles will also be required to provide high level advice, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external to the University. Experience in representing an organisation at domestic or international events, demonstrated project management skills, and experience in targeted market research will be essential to your success.
