The Deputy Vice-Chancellor & Vice-President, Research & Innovation (DVCR&I) is a member of the University Executive and has overall responsibility for the strategic development and growth of research at the University provided by a portfolio of functional units including the Office of the DVCR&I, Graduate Research School and the University Research Institutes.
An exciting, full-time and ongoing opportunity exists for a Senior Executive Assistant to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor & Vice-President (Research & Innovation). This position is responsible for managing aspects of the DVCR&I’s office including but not limited to:
Executive Support: diary management, telephone and correspondence management, travel arrangements, document preparation, organising briefing notes and committee papers and related documentation as appropriate for any diary engagement, high degree of confidentiality and professionalism, first point of contact to the general public, students and staff on behalf of the DVCR&I.
Budget Support: Overseeing purchasing of office equipment and stationary, and managing credit card reconciliations for the DVCR&I.
Administrative and Project Support: Committee support as required including setting up of meeting dates, distribution of agenda and meeting papers, minute taking and follow up of action items, catering and room bookings.

Remuneration Package: Higher Education Worker Level 7 - $101,964 to $110,022 p.a. (comprising Salary $86,161 to $92,970 p.a. plus 17% Superannuation, plus Leave Loading)
