Instructional Technology Support Specialist, Educational Media Center
The Instructional Technology Support Specialist will serve on multiple project teams in a variety of roles such as Project Manager, Project Lead, Technical Lead or Client Lead, in support of established and emerging educational technology systems and services. The incumbent will be responsible for advising management on emerging technology setups, testing and verification of the solutions.
He or she will be responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and providing expert support for a wide variety of established and emerging media, computer and classroom technology systems and services on the Boston University Medical Campus. The Instructional Technology Support Specialist will focus on consistently providing best in class support to the technology Client community of faculty and staff, in the classroom and in support of all University meetings and events.
This position may entail being on call and working evening, weekend and/or holiday hours, as needed.
3-5 years of experience and Bachelor’s degree required.
