Contract Type: Open Ended
Hours: 35 hours per week. This includes Good Friday, Easter Monday, Easter Closure Tuesday, May Day Bank Holidays, August Bank Holiday Monday, August Closure Tuesday and January 2 where it falls on a Monday, Tuesday or Friday
Work Pattern: Monday-Thursday 11.00-19.00 and Friday 10.00-18.00
You will deliver front line services from a busy Information Desk to support students to use both physical and digital resources for study and research. This includes answering both physical and virtual enquiries requiring excellent communication skills. Support is also delivered at the point of need via roving and the successful candidate will have an excellent customer focus and the ability to triage a wide range of enquiries including providing basic IT assistance.
