Fathom is a dedicated user experience consultancy that works with agencies and organisations to improve online performance. They help clients build exceptional online experiences for their customers, using data analytics, direct user feedback, usability testing and design best practice. The company’s revenue comes from professional services and training.
The company now wishes to further develop UX tools to help UX analysts process and analyse data collected from usability tests. It is working on a web platform that provides user insights via analytics, metrics and data visualisations.
The Company, in collaboration with Ulster University, has established a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) and is offering an exciting opportunity for a graduate to work as a KTP Associate to help further design and develop this new web platform.

Applicants should hold a first or upper second class honours degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline. Experience in web development, user experience design, usability testing and a working knowledge of data analysis/visualisation is also essential.
The appointment will be for a period of 2 years. The Associate will be based at the Company’s premises in Belfast city centre.
