Lecturer in Linguistics
Applications are invited for appointment as Lecturer in Linguistics in the School of Humanities, to commence on September 1, 2018, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal.
Applicants should have a research degree in Linguistics. Duties will include teaching of introductory Linguistics courses; 2-3 additional courses in the appointee's area(s) of expertise, academic advising and administrative duties. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary.
