Play a key role in championing UC's Student Experience.
The vision of the Student Services and Communications portfolio is to champion and revitalise the student experience. It strives to offer every student a 'world class environment' that includes making it easier for students to access services from enrolment through to graduation.
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and experienced service oriented manager to lead the development of a student focused culture and technology-enabled services. The Student Services Innovation Manager plays a key role alongside UC's senior management and Student Management System programme team, with lead responsibility for ensuring user friendly and robust student administration support is in place.
As the successful candidate you will need to be exceptional at collaborating across a diverse network of stakeholders to support and deliver the vision. As well, you will lead your teams, re-assessing service delivery models, internal processes and working to implement procedural and policy changes to enhance customer, business and technology supported processes.
You will be working with an established team, comprising student admissions and enrolments, scholarships, student information services and the UC contact centre, all delivering quality services. Your leadership style will complement, maintain and establish positive relationships throughout the University community while delivering a better, easier experience for students.
