Director, Domestic Recruitment
About the position
The Director, Domestic Recruitment is a pivotal leadership role within the Office of Future Students at Bond University. This role is responsible for attracting quality domestic students, promoting Bond’s unique product offering and student experience, and meeting new commencing recruitment targets.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Futures Students, this position will be required to identify growth opportunities in existing target markets as well as build relationships with key stakeholders including government bodies, industry, community groups, schools, parents and pathway providers.
This position is also responsible for effectively leading the domestic recruitment team to identify and segment key schools and develop opportunities for partnerships that will build awareness of Bond’s brand and enable increased sustainable domestic recruitment enrolments.
About the person:
The successful candidate must possess a University degree preferably in business, communications, marketing, public relations or a related field. Extensive experience in recruitment, sales and/or business development preferably within the education sector is essential, as is the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve organisational outcomes.
This position requires the successful person to have highly-developed analytical skills, and the ability to develop strategic plans, identify growth opportunities and to achieve targets
