The Estates and Campus Services team look after all property issues within the University which includes the management of space and Timetabling.
We are looking for two Timetabling Officers to co-ordinate the University’s timetable and room bookings using the current Celcat timetabling system. You will play a key role in supporting the Timetabling Manager to accumulate annual course data and create an efficient timetable that not only use of the campus efficiently but maximises student experience. The Timetabling Officers will be a first point of contact for the Timetabling team, input data, co-ordinate room bookings and generate and make changes to the annual University timetable.
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail in their application and ideally have some experience in working within education in a timetabling related role. It is also essential to be comfortable working with systems and software used in timetabling. The role requires the ability to liaise across a variety of departments both academic and professional.
