Vacancy: Enquiry Advisor: Coventry
You will be the central point of contact for all distance learning and on-campus ‘blended’ student enquiries. Your role will be to support the admissions teams in recruiting new students to Arden. You will be responsible for managing all early stage enquiries, educating applicants about Arden programmes and offering solutions based on the needs and motivations of individuals.
Reporting to the Head of Admissions you will have the responsibility for ensuring that all enquiries are captured and contacted within a specified SLA. Throughout the process it will be your responsibility to ensure that you comply with Arden’s admission policies and provide excellent customer service.
You will be a self-motivated person with strong initiative and ambition to succeed. You will need to have the ability to collaborate with others to achieve agreed objectives.
You will need to be able to plan and prioritise effectively to deliver business objectives and meet deadlines.
