Service Desk Team Lead 

Department: Technology Services 

Starting salary: £32,548 

Hours: 36 hours per week 

Term: Permanent

Annual Leave: 20 days per annum increasing to 25 days per annum following 5 years service

We are recruiting for a key role in our Technology Services team at an exciting time as we prepare to launch a new Technology Strategy. 

You will be joining a capable User Services team, already recognised as a centre of knowledge and customer service. You are passionate about technology and customer service and will bring wide and strong technical knowledge along with an enthusiasm to develop your existing skills in service management and delivery. Your technical and analytical capability and aptitude will be essential for this role. 

Your key focus in this role will be the development and administration of the University’s Service Desk ensuring effective support processes are embedded in our plans. St. Mary’s has a number of major projects that will be executed over the coming three years, you will be influential in these important projects in ensuring effective service introduction and support, and contribute to the success of our excellent University.
