Flexible and approachable with excellent customer care skills, you will have strong numeracy and literacy skills and a willingness to support the wider team effort in order to meet the needs of the service. You will have good attention to detail, IT skills and excellent communication skills to build highly effective working relationships and be able to demonstrate an understanding of the business and its needs.
About the Role
You will provide vital front of office support dealing with customer queries and administering cashier and petty cash functions, processing online debit and credit card payments received as well as other administrative duties. You will assist the Income Manager with the processing of around 20,000 invoices per year ensuring that payments are taken, either by cash or card, accurately and customer queries are answered in a timely manner.
In addition you will liaise and collaborate with departments and Students University wide and have responsibility for providing high quality customer service which is aligned to the strategic aims of the University.
