Operations Officer, HEO 4
- Based in the Facilities Management Unit
- Two 3 year fixed term contracts, 1x full-time role based at City West Campus and 1x part-time (0.6 FTE) based at Magill Campus
- Salary range: $61,431 - $69,442 pro rata per annum (plus super)
About the Role
The Operations Officer is a member of the Campus Operations Group within the Facilities Management Unit. The role contributes by providing excellent customer service through a wide range of responsive campus administration and customer-focused services to University staff, students, external service providers and members of the public within the scope of established policies, procedures and practices.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this position you will need to have strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills that are focussed on delivering high quality customer service and the ability to maintain positive working relationships. The ability to demonstrate problem solving, conflict management and negotiation skills in a customer service environment will also be required. A current Class C drivers license is also required.
