Executive Officer (PR384/17-18)
The appointee will be responsible for assisting the Head of Secretariat in providing a full range of personnel services for the School, coordinating personnel-related exercises, servicing committees/working groups, and performing general administrative duties and any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Applicants must possess a recognised degree with at least five years of human resources and relevant experience, strong analytical abilities, excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) as well as good planning, coordination and interpersonal skills. Administrative experience in the local tertiary education sector is a definite advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
